Treason Toting Co. Holiday Soirée Recap
It’s only been less than two weeks into the new year, so we can still reminisce on all that has happened in 2014. An emergence of the new, the creative, and the innovative surfaced in Baltimore, welcoming many new businesses, from eateries to designers. For many of them, success didn’t take too long, including for local accessories makers Treason Toting Co.
Jason Bass and Aaron Jones, the duo behind these bags, which you can now find in a number of storefronts around town, including Sixteen Tons and For Rent Shoes, ended their 2014 on a high and hosted Treason’s first holiday party at Select Lounge.
The event was open to the public, so if you weren’t able to attend, the Treason Toting Co. team captured the night’s festivities, which you can watch above. The ShineCreativeTV team and CreativeMornings Baltimore host Katie Boyts were just a few of those in attendance. And yes, yours truly couldn’t say no to a good time. A great crowd of people, amazing music selection, and hookah smoke trails filled the venue. It was a shindig to remember.
Treason Toting Co. plans to make this an annual tradition, so be sure to catch the next soirée. Countdown for December 2015 starts now.
In the meantime, the bag making team are preparing for a few upcoming events. They will make another appearance at the Liberty Fairs show, from January 19-21, at Pier 94 in New York. Not in the Big Apple? They’ll also be presenting a spring trunk show, Saturday, Jan. 31, from 5pm-9pm at For Rent Shoes. FRS will also have a storewide sale during the event.
